Both Cash and Credit/Debit Cards are accepted at the Box Office located at the Main Entrance to the factory. Please note there is a $5 box office fee if your tickets have not been purchased online. No. We do not have an age restriction but our haunt is edgy, so it is at a parent's discretion.Planning a group outing? We’d love to have you! We have several different options for parking at our haunt:VIP Parking is offered at a price of $15 per vehicleWe have Limited-free Onsite Parking. We also have (2) Overflow Parking Lots from which we will shuttle you to and from The Nightmare Factory. Shuttle rides are free. Please text 574-549-2926 for shuttle service.

Yes. We are Handicap accessible. The Handicap Entrance is located at the overhead door, underneath the bone collection.

Our monsters are here to enhance your experience through immersive interactions. While our monsters may approach you, please note that they will not touch you unless it's apart of the interaction. Please keep in mind that we CANNOT guarantee that an accidental touch will not occur.

Yes. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Anyone found bringing or consuming outside alcohol will be removed from the premises immediately.

Yes. We do have a concession area where food and drinks are available for purchase.

Cell phones and other recording devices are not permitted inside the attractions. We want every guest to experience the scares, surprises, and nightmares waiting around every corner without distractions.Guests are welcome to take photos and videos in the common areas, but photography, video recording, and live streaming are strictly prohibited inside the attractions.

Your ticket that you purchase has only 1 entry scan available. Once that is used there is no re entry.

The Nightmare Factory opens its gates every Friday and Saturday night beginning September 18, 2026 - October 31,2026. Yes. We do have Port-a-Potty's for The Nightmare Factory's guests to use.

Yes. The Morgue Experience tickets can be purchased @ an additional $10 per ticket.Final Ride tickets can be purchased @ an additional $10 per ticket.

Yes! We offer a variety of merchandise for purchase at our merchandise stands, including one located in the common area and another at the attraction exit.

Yes. For an additional $20 per ticket, you can purchase the power to skip to the head of the line. This ONLY applies to our VIP tickets.

Unfortunately, all ticket sales are final and are non-refundable. To help protect your purchase, we offer optional Ticket Insurance during checkout for situations like this.

Yes! VIP Tickets are $50 and include shorter wait times, one VIP entrance into each attraction, and unlimited General Admission re-entry into all attractions throughout the night.VIP guests also receive their choice of one premium experience:Morgue CoolerCoffin Ride Please note: Tickets purchased at the Box Office are subject to an additional $5 per ticket fee.

Yes. We do have designated areas for smoking/vaping etc. that is located OUTSIDE of the factory. Cigarettes/Vapes/Cigars etc. ARE NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE INSIDE OF THE FACTORY!!! We do adhere to City, County and State Laws.

Yes. Your safety is our top priority. We have two uniformed police officers on-site at all times during operating hours.
