FAQ

  • Is there VIP Admission available?
    Yes. Priced @ $50 per ticket, you will get shorter wait times and your choice of Special Experiences for only $1.00! In addition, You will receive one VIP entrance into each attraction and UNLIMITED general admission into each attraction! Tickets purchased at the Box Office will incur an additional $5 fee.
  • Can I leave and re-enter?
    Your ticket that you purchase has only 1 entry scan available. Once that is used there is no re entry.
  • Is there a smoking/vaping area for customer's?
    Yes. We do have designated areas for smoking/vaping etc. that is located OUTSIDE of the factory. Cigarettes/Vapes/Cigars etc. ARE NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE INSIDE OF THE FACTORY!!! We do adhere to City, County and State Laws.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Both Cash and Credit/Debit Cards are accepted at the Box Office located at the Main Entrance to the factory.
  • Are we allowed to take picture's?
    Yes. We allow pictures to be taken in Selfie Station only. We do not allow the use of Cell Phones or other devices to be used inside the attractions themselves, other than Selfie Station. We want everyone to enjoy the nightmare's that are waiting!
  • Is there a "skip the line" option available?
    Yes. For an additional $20 per ticket, you can purchase the power to skip to the head of the line. This ONLY applies to our VIP tickets.
  • Do Scare Actors touch you?
    Our monsters are here to enhance your experience through immersive interactions. While our monsters may approach you, please note that they will not touch you unless it's apart of the interaction. If you prefer not to be touched at all, we offer glow necklaces to signify this preference. Please be aware that wearing a glow necklace may affect your overall experience, as certain interactive elements may be limited. Please keep in mind that we CANNOT guarantee that an accidental touch will not occur.
  • Are there Group Discounts available?
    Yes. Groups of 8 or more tickets purchased, at one time, will receive a discounted price but ALL tickets must be used on the same night.
  • Is there an age restriction?
    No. We do not have an age restriction but our haunt is edgy, so it is at a parent's discretion.
  • Do we serve food/drinks?
    Yes. We do have a concession area where food and drinks are available for purchase.
  • What are the hours of operation?
    Hours of operation are 7PM until 2AM every Friday and Saturday night. The Box Office does close at 12AM/Midnight, after this time no tickets will be available for purchase. However, patrons will be allowed to remain inside the factory until 2AM as long as they were inside before the Box Office closes for that night. We will also be open on Halloween night, Thursday October 31st, from 7PM until 12 AM/Midnight.
  • Are you Handicap accessible?
    Yes. We are Handicap accessible. The Handicap Entrance is located at the overhead door, underneath the bone collection.
  • Are there any refunds?
    No. There are no refunds.
  • Are there Public Restrooms available?
    Yes. We do have Port-a-Potty's for The Nightmare Factory's guests to use.
  • Do we have Merchandise available for purchase?
    Yes. We have merchandise available for purchase, located in the Concession Area. The Nightmare Factory 2024 T-Shirts are @ $20 2024 Nightmare Factory Drink Koozie(s) are @ $3.50
  • Are there any Special Events or Themed Nights?
    Yes. Throughout the spooky season, we have various nights that we will feature a DJ, live band, give back weekends and special give aways. Please refer to our calendar for a complete list of those days.
  • Do you have to pay for parking?
    We have several different options for parking at our haunt: VIP Parking is offered at a price of $15 per vehicle We have Limited-free Onsite Parking We also have 2 Overflow Parking Lots from which we will shuttle you to and from The Nightmare Factory. The shuttle rides are free.
  • Can I purchase tickets in advance?
    Yes. Tickets can be purchased in advance via our website, thenightmarefactory.com
  • Does it cost extra for any of the attraction's/rides?
    Yes. The Morgue Experience tickets can be purchased @ an additional $10 per ticket. The Coffin Simulator Ride tickets can be purchased @ an additional $10 per ticket.
  • Do we serve alcohol?
    No. We do not serve alcohol and it is not allowed anywhere on the property, including the parking lots.
  • Is there a Cover Charge if I do not wish to go through the attractions?
    Yes. We do have a Cover Charge @ $17.50 (NO ATTRACTIONS AND/OR RIDES INCLUDED) This option is for ENTRY ONLY into The Nightmare Factory. It DOES NOT INCLUDE Admission into the 3 Haunts or any of the rides. It DOES NOT INCLUDE weekends that there is a Live Band playing. Tickets for this option, that are purchased at the Box Office, will incur a $5 fee. (You should ONLY choose this option if you are NOT going into any of the attractions)
