Ticketing and Admission
Both Cash and Credit/Debit Cards are accepted at the Box Office located at the Main Entrance to the factory. Please note there is a $5 box office fee if your tickets have not been purchased online. No. We do not have an age restriction but our haunt is edgy, so it is at a parent's discretion.Planning a group outing? We’d love to have you! Your ticket that you purchase has only 1 entry scan available. Once that is used there is no re entry.
We have several different options for parking at our haunt:VIP Parking is offered at a price of $15 per vehicleWe have Limited-free Onsite Parking. We also have (2) Overflow Parking Lots from which we will shuttle you to and from The Nightmare Factory. Shuttle rides are free. Please text 574-549-2926 for shuttle service.
Yes! VIP Tickets are $50 and include shorter wait times, one VIP entrance into each attraction, and unlimited General Admission re-entry into all attractions throughout the night.VIP guests also receive their choice of one premium experience:Morgue CoolerCoffin RidePlease note: Tickets purchased at the Box Office are subject to an additional $5 per ticket fee.

Yes. For an additional $20 per ticket, you can purchase the power to skip to the head of the line. This ONLY applies to our VIP tickets.
Yes. Tickets can be purchased in advance via our ticketing page.
Absolutely! Throughout the season, we feature a variety of special event nights, including live DJs, community give back weekends, exclusive giveaways, and more. Visit our event calendar to see the full lineup and plan your visit around your favorite events.
The Morgue Experience tickets can be purchased @ an additional $10 per ticket.Final Ride tickets can be purchased @ an additional $10 per ticket.
On-Site Amenities
Yes. We are Handicap accessible. The Handicap Entrance is located at the overhead door, underneath the bone collection.
Yes. Your safety is our top priority. We have two uniformed police officers on-site at all times, as well as NMF staff security throughout the facility during operating hours.
Yes. We do have Port-a-Potty's for The Nightmare Factory's guests to use.
Yes! We offer a variety of merchandise for purchase at our merchandise stands, including one located in the common area and another at the attraction exit.
Yes. We do have designated areas for smoking/vaping etc. that is located OUTSIDE of the factory. Cigarettes/Vapes/Cigars etc. ARE NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE INSIDE OF THE FACTORY!!! We do adhere to City, County and State Laws.

Unfortunately, all ticket sales are final and are non-refundable. To help protect your purchase, we offer optional Ticket Insurance during checkout for situations like this.
